Creativity & methodology
Jules is an expert in work processes. His knowledge is based on cognitive science, which he studied at the École Normale Supérieure de Paris, and his experience of a wide range of individual and collective work methods. His areas of interest include decision-making, time organization, knowledge management, learning processes, gamification and creative processes. On this last theme, he published a book in 2021 : « Dans la Baignoire d’Archimède – Faut-il être un génie pour avoir de bonnes idées ? »
His mission is to help teams put in place the right processes, the right modes of communication and the right tools. For example, to build and maintain a good knowledge management, using Notion.
Jules also provides support for user research, user testing and product management. Finally, he enjoys designing and facilitating training sessions.
