Constance Debiais

Constance has a background in business and sustainability especially in the luxury industry at LVMH and Chanel (in cosmetics, haute couture and jewelry departments). After completing a course at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation on the circular economy, she worked with several company leaders on their sustainable development challenges and impact strategy. Today, she works as COO of Aleph, supporting companies in their organization processes and HR challenges. Constance also helps the founders to design and implement impact strategies and measures.
